Bujinkan CrestAbout Bujinkan

Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu is a traditional Japanese martial art, dating back for almost 1000 years. It derives from 9 combat schools: Six of which are samurai art and three of which are ninjutsu. In present days, the Soke Masaaki Hatsumi inherits and instructs these skills to people all over the world. There are more than 400,000 active disciples globally. Due to the emphasis on combat/self-defense rather than sport, Bujinkan are well known among military and police forces (e.g., FBI, CIA) especially in Europe and the U.S.

Bujinkan Thailand Dojo has adopted the Japanese teaching style of Budo Taijutsu since 1999. Supervised by Ake Osothongs (15 Dan Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu), Laksi training group offers Budo Taijutsu instruction every Thursday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

About Dojo Name

On March 3, 2015, four Thai bujinkan disciples have passed sakki test. Three days later, we joined Masaaki sensei class at Hombu. At the break, Masaaki sensei was very kind and gave names for our dojos: Bujinkan Oni Dojo, Bujinkan Fuki Dojo, Bujinkan Suiki Dojo, and Bujinkan Ongyoki Dojo. Apparently, our dojos are named after four demons (oni)—namely kinki, fuki, suiki, ongyoki—summoned by Fujiwara Chikata to help overthrown the emperor of Japan. Bujinkan Laksi Dojo  have taken the name “Bujinkan Oni Dojo” since then.
